If you are a beginner, the best way to start is to join one of these on-going classes either in person or via. Zoom and follow along. It takes time for these embodied practices and teaching to soak into the body and heart so have patience with yourself as you begin, step by step, to cultivate the medicine of Qigong within your body, mind and spirit.

Cosmic Orbit Qigong Class
Date: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5 – 6:45pm PST

Cosmic Orbit Qigong is an ancient, powerful practice that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. It strengthens the inner current of universal healing Qi (energy) that flows within you and connects you to the greater whole.
Through slow, relaxed, and focused movements combined with deep breathing and gentle visualization, Cosmic Orbit Qigong guides you to align your voice with the movement of Qi throughout your system. The result is a meditative, restorative, and deeply centering experience.

Tai Chi Mother Form Class
Date: Tuesdays, 4 – 5:15pm PST

Honor your body and the changing of the seasons by taking a gentle step into the Hidden Immortal lineage of Tai Chi as you learn the eight mindful movements of the Hidden Immortal Tai Chi Mother Form.
Rooted in ancient Daoist tradition, Tai Chi is an internal martial art that cultivates balance, fluidity, connection, and a sense of wholeness through graceful, meditative movement. This class offers a calm, supportive space to explore the form, deepen your awareness, and align with the natural rhythms of autumn.
